The manufacturer of Tianli is Tianjin United Tire & Rubber International Co., Ltd (TUTRIC), founded in 1985 in cooperation with a Canadian enterprise.
TUTRIC was the first Chinese manufacturer to invest in the development of forestry, flotation and tractor radial tyres.
