The industrial tire plant FATE is the largest and most modern in Argentina. It is located in the town of San Fernando, thirty kilometers north of the city of Buenos Aires. It occupies an area of 40 hectares and covers a covered area of more than 157,513 m2. The production capacity exceeds five million tires per year. FATE also has a modern plant for the reconstruction of transport tires.
FATE internally carries out the entire design process of its products, from the complex engineering of its structure and the formulation of its compounds, to the elaborate tests required for approval. This allows to obtain the most suitable tires for all roads in Argentina. Products made in San Fernando include diagonal and radial tires for cars, trucks, trucks and buses. They also include diagonals for tractors and road machinery, as well as a complete line of air chambers and other products for the preservation and repair of tires.
Through an elaborate logistics system, FATE supplies in Argentina a little more than a quarter of the demand for replacement tires. This successful performance is based on the layout and strength of a network of more than 250 Fate Authorized Merchants that cover the vast area of the country.
