FALKEN TIRES

Falken Tire was introduced as a flagship performance radial tire brand to the North American market in 1985. Celebrating its 30th anniversary in North America in 2015, Falken Tire has become a well-known, stand-alone brand. Tire Rack offers Falken Azenis ultra high performance tires for sports cars, pro-touring vehicles and modern muscle cars, in addition to Falken tire lines used as Original Equipment on new passenger car and light truck vehicles.

Falken utilizes professional Formula DRIFT racing in North America, as well as the VLN Nürburgring Series in Europe (including the legendary 24-hour race on the Nordschleife) to further develop and improve its performance tire technology.

With the track as their laboratory, technologies and advancements learned on closed courses find their way to future generation, off-the-shelf Falken product for all to experience.

A growing base of Original Equipment applications with vehicle manufacturers such as Chrysler, Jeep, Mazda and Nissan demonstrates Falken's development of their performance product technology benefits their mainstream ZIEX and WildPeak passenger car and light truck/SUV tires.

Falken Tire, a Sumitomo Rubber Industries brand, was launched in its native country of Japan in 1983. At its inception, the Falken Tire brand was created as the flagship high performance radial brand under Ohtsu Tire and Rubber. Falken Tire Corporation opened its first U.S. Headquarters in Rancho Cucamonga, CA in 1991.

In addition to the Performance Summer and Original Equipment tires available through In2tires, Falken also produces tires for cars, crossovers, sport utility vehicles and light trucks.
